Eleventh Hour is happy to make you happy. We want you to feel your best in your frames. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
• The cost of the return will be handled by the customer.
• All returns must be shipped back within 1 week of return request.
• Please allow up to 14 business days from the time we receive your returned goods for your return and refund to be processed.

Warranty

We make pieces that last and if they don't, we want to know about it. We guarantee our sunglasses 3 months from the purchase date for manufacture defects. We do not cover wear and tear; scratched or broken lenses or lost screws due to neglect.
