• All returns must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging—like they never left home. There's a $5 restocking fee for all returns, and you'll need to cover the return shipping.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Your refund will go back to your original payment method, minus the $5 restock fee.

Yes, that's our job to find you your perfect fitting frame! Your satisfaction is important to us, and we waive the $5 restocking fee when you exchange your frames. We want you to be completely happy with your eyewear.

We've got you covered with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear isn't covered, but if something's not right, send us photos and we'll make it right.
